I'm looking for three roommates for next year.
I live in a house at 808 W Oregon (Oregon and Lincoln). The house is a few hundred feet away from campus, a computer lab, coffee, shops, bus stops, and a 15 minute walk to TBH.
The bedrooms are spacious. There is laundry and a kick-ass patio! This is probably one of the best deals you can find in CU.
Rent is $400/mo, which includes a parking spot right behind the house.
