handy andy: don't repeat my mistake

hey all,

for importing death numbers, make sure you are copying the counts, not the rates (which are per 100,000) - when you download the data the .txt file you get has the rates all the way on the right hand side (nice and pretty and easy to see) and the counts somewhere in the middle...
