Food Security Conference

Hi.  I am going to the Community Food Security Coalition's 13th Annual Conference From Commodity to Community:  Food Politics and Projects in the Heartland, Des Moines, IA, October 10-13.  I am attending the weekend: leaving Friday afternoon (9 Oct) and returning Monday afternoon (12 Oct).  Scholarships are available for the registration fee (applications are due Monday, Aug. 31).  Volunteer opportunities are also available.  Please post if interested in carpooling, housing, etc.  Thank you.
