Hey all,
Per Janel's recommendation, I, as an SPO representative, am headed to the Forest Glen Preserve on Sunday, March 21 for their famous Maple Syrup Open House and Pancake/Sausage Dinner. According to their website, this will include, but is not limited to the following:
maple syrup making demonstration (fabulous)
pioneer cabin (welcome to Illinois)
pancake and sausage dinner with Forest Glen Maple Syrup
and maple syrup sales (in case you didn't get enough syrup at the meal)
It is at the Gannett Outdoor Education Center from 11-4pm. AND IS ONLY $5.00!!! Who can beat that?!?
