After a week of negotiations the rabbits that rule my back yard have condescended to allow me to entertain on Saturday. The address is 1204A Mitchem in Urbana, just east of Cottage Grove and a few blocks south of Colorado, about 2.25 miles from TBH. The festivities begin at 5:00 p.m.
Settle into a chair on the deck or in the shade of the beach umbrella and continue to forget spring semester. I'll provide some non-alcohol beverages and food. Please bring covered dish picnic fare to share. This is the opportunity to make Grandma's Jello salad, deviled eggs, or that macaroni salad with Miracle Whip, peas and small Velveeta cubes. The Urbana farmers' market is now open Saturday mornings.
