Jeff Herbert is currently the Director of Blight Planning and Neighborhood Revitalization for the Mayor of New Orleans, as well as Acting Director of the Code Enforcement and Hearing Bureau.
Previously, he was Director of Community Planning at the Louisiana Recovery Authority from 2006 to late 2007, when all the post-Katrina planning activities were taking place in New Orleans and throughout coastal Louisiana. He then was the Project Manager for the New Orleans School Facility Master Plan, prepared by Concordia consultants.
