I was looking online yesterday, found this interesting article on a suburb just built near Freiburg germany. The town is almost entirely pedestrian and bicycle based. Check it out as a break from studying for law, 407 or whatever you have to do.

wow! that's really cool. and! nearly all of the houses are built as passive houses. did you catch how many people live there?
have you ever heard of the sovereign state in denmark...i think it's called christania? it reminds me of that...
