If anyone is looking for a 1BR apartment or knows someone nice who is, I can refer you to my landlord. He's a local guy who owns a few places in town and is very reliable/responsive and a good person. The apartment is about 480 square feet in the upstairs of his home, with hardwood floors, a breakfast bar, good light, an ample storage closet, a pleasant residential neighborhood and a lot of character (the good kind). Address is 1280 W. Clark St., which is served by the Green and Green Express bus lines, with the Blue within easy walking distance. Supermarkets (Country Fair and Schnucks) are close as well.
