I'm heading out of town not too long after graduation, and am offering my room in a 4 bedroom apartment for summer sublet. Rent is negotiable, parking is free and all rooms and the kitchen are fully furnished. This would be a great place for an incoming student who wants to come to town a bit early and get to know the city.
