I should add, if anyone is looking for roommates and want me to mention something, let me know.
I rented from Royse & Brinkmeyer last year, and they were awesome...I would highly recommend them.
I can't say the same for my current landlord, McKinley...can we make a list of NOT recommended landlords? :)
Wampler - Good.
Neves group - Fine but ate most of my deposit.
I've had good experiences with Faron Properties so far.
Also, mention the UIUC Tenant Union. They were really helpful when I was looking for a place this summer and I knew nothing about the area.
