Do you hate your house, landlord, or roommate(s)? Are you living in your car?

Steve is such a great roommate, you would be stupid not to live with him!

As you may know, I am moving and need to sublet my gorgeous, spacious room in our clean, efficient house. Utilities are cheap, the water is potable and Steve is a great roommate, except his favorite food is burned sausage (full-disclosure here)

Rent is a paltry $375 a month in our quiet apartment. Utilities are super cheap and the heat and/or AC (that's right, central AC) almost never need to be on it's so cozy all the time. Our neighborhood is tree-lined, quiet and a short hop to campus and the thriving downtown of Urbana. We are walking distance from 3 grocery stores and the Urbana Farmer's Market. It's too bad I have to leave.

We also have an awesome couch and more storage space than Seth's brain!

Pictures are forthcoming. I know most of you have a place to live, but if you are looking or know of anyone who is looking, please contact me or Steve.

Thank you!

Michael
