I've found a really nice 2 bedroom apartment on W California Ave, a block south of downtown Urbana. I'm looking for a flatmate for the spring semester. Hardwood floors, south facing, tonnes of storage and nicely sized bedrooms. Contract length: January - 30th June, 2012.

Rent's $275/month + Electricity+Internet+Gas.
